We just got back from a trip to Walt Disney World. We left the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and came back a week and a half later. We stayed at the famous LaQunita Hotel & Suites Airport North for the first 3 nights then we moved to the Horizons by Marriott a timeshare condo thing.
We had a great time at both places by Horizons is just a cool place for the kids. It has a pirate boat that the Alligators from the lake pushed into the middle of the pool. The boat has slides and water cannons, the kids just loved it.
They also just added a new pool section called "Water Works" it is a water play ground with forts where you try to shoot water at the opposing team and fill the bucket that is above their fort. When the bucket gets filled up it dumps a ton of water on the other team. It also has a 30 foot high water slide in this section of the pool.
Horizons also has great kid activities -- We even took one day off from going to a theme park to just stay at the condo so the kids could do those activities.
All-in-all a great place to stay.
